I'm happy to report that this story has a happy ending. This morning the owner of the store posted a comment regarding my last entry and asked me to call her. I did so this afternoon and we had a very nice chat. She said that the lady who rang me up had already told her about the incident in case I called. I explained that I wasn't all upset about the situation nor did I want the lady to get in trouble or anything like that. She said she understood where I was coming from and that they would use this situation as a learning opportunity. In parting, she said that she hopes I come in again and when I do, there is something there for me. That certainly wasn't my goal in posting the blog but I do appreciate it. And the thing I appreciate the most is that she made the effort to talk to me and rectify what happened - - it does show that they care about the customer. So I will be back after all!
I did say I would post a regular entry tonight but Shannon is over here waiting for Sean to arrive at the airport so I'm a little distracted. So I'm aiming for tomorrow...hopefully.
