Cousins

This is going to be a short entry because I'm tired. This is something that happens when you have, you know, a 2-month old and a toddler. I guess I just need more hours in the day or something.

I'm going to give more details later on what's been happening but I did want to say that this week has been a very fun one for Calleigh because her cousins are here. Duncan's sister, Kristin, drove down from Pennsylvania on Monday and brought her boys Derek (6) and Tyler (5). Calleigh has gotten along very well with them and has been having a blast. They've been to the zoo and Sea World so far and spent a ton of time in the pool. They're here until Wednesday so there is more fun to come! Good thing we're leaving for vacation a few days later or she'll probably get bored with just her mother and Aubree to occupy her time.

I suppose I shouldn't complain too much about fatigue as Aubree's good sleeping patterns have continued. Most nights she is sleeping until 5:30 but two times this week she made it until 6:30. All this with going to bed at 9:30. So I'm a happy camper. I should be back in my own bed in the near future - - just in time to be gone for two weeks! On the downside, she isn't exactly taking a long nap in the afternoons while I work. I guess that's the trade-off.

Okay, I'm signing off here. I vowed I would get to bed at a reasonable hour tonight.
