I'm going to do a regular post tomorrow night but I was so excited about my shopping trip tonight at Publix that I just had to post about it. This was definitely the best I've done since I started couponing a few months ago. I got everything in the picture above for $22.48. If I had paid full price for it all (many were Buy One, Get One), it would have come to a whopping $137.22! Here's what I got
- 3 Bags of Salad Mix
- 8 Boxes of Pasta
- 8 Cans Progresso Soup
- 4 Boxes of Progresso Bread Crumbs
- 16 Cans of Green Giant Veggies
- 8 Cans of Progresso Beans
- 6 Cans of Hunt's Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
- 2 Bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Bottles of Wish Bone Salad Dressing
- 2 Lipton Tea (100 ct)
- 5 Bags Sargento Shredded Cheese
- 2 Boxes Green Giant Chopped Spinach
- 2 Boxes Betty Crocker Brownies
- 2 Bags of Ricola Cough Drops
- 2 Mentos
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 1 Honey Dew
- 1 Baguette
Pretty cool, huh? I write all this to inspire you to start couponing if you aren't already.
I went shopping this evening because I had so many coupons and things to match up that I was too paranoid to go during the day with the girls. That turned out to be a great idea because I took a quick trip with the girls after nap time (to get the lay of the land) and Calleigh was whining to go home after 5 minutes. Anyway, more tomorrow on other things.

Great job. Did you know that I used to be a "Coupon queen and refunder?" In fact, we used to have our neighbors save their trash/labels for us so I could do refunding. That was quite a looong time ago. Good work Corey.
I was just talking with one of my friends at work about couponing. She is a fanatic! The major coupons are from Shaws - where everything is WAY more expensive than at Market Basket, where I go. So should I really go to Shaws and save on random things but then pay more for my regular groceries every week? I hate grocery shopping so much, that there is NO way I am going to 2 stores!!!!
